The first time when STandART played together with “Ēnu kaleidoskops”. The big stage was set up in a shed. The event was memorable for the continuous rain and for the transfer of the electricity generator from one building to another together with other participants and the audience. Dj Momentz was appointed to the post of the main sound technician of the whole festival. During STandART performance, Juris Tipa cut one of his guitar strings with an axe already during the first song 🙂 He had lost his metal stick and already on the stage was looking around for a suitable replacement till he found an axe. “Australia” album release party with the bands “Vosto[c]” and “Forgotten Sunrise” (Estonia) as the special guests. STandART played several new songs live for the first time, such as “Kā Citi Dzīvo”, “The Snail & The Hare”, “Tumšas Kaijas Baltās Debesīs”, “61”, “Phasic”. Mārtiņš Links joined the band as a guest musician on vargan on “Mans Svētums” (My Holiness). STandART went on stage in gas-masks. Before the concert, friends presented the band an Australian flag, which was brought on stage and remained there during all the next STandART concerts until it was replaced by a small street-organ with bears before the release of the next album.

Vladislav was unable to participate due to health issues. However, it was not an obstacle to pre-record the sound of an inflatable toy-duck with Kalvis at home, and mix it into the rhythm section of the first song. The rest of the guys first heard the duck noise during the concert and could not understand where does it come from. STandART went on stage in gas-masks.
