STandART will be among the participants of the Electronic Pop Night at Lavaklubi, Helsinki on November 17.  Other participants are “and the Ocean” (FI) and “Single Sound” (FI).

One more event to celebrate STandART’s 10th anniversary has been confirmed – May 5, Fontaine Palace, Liepāja. The same lineup – Marta Migla as guests, DJs Gac & Momentz. A special bus from Riga to the event available.

On March 18, STandART will perform at the closing event of the exhibiton “Pacieties” (Be patient) by Sarmīte Māliņa and Kristaps Kalns. The location is the biggest art exhibition hall in Riga – The Arsenāls Exhibition Hall of the Latvian National Museum of Art.

Kristaps Kalns and Sarmīte Māliņa have worked with STandART for many years at various photo and video sessions.

STandART track “Hydrology” has been published on the 7th Dark Horizons radio (USA) compilation CD “Drowned Visions”.  This is a limited edition, 2 CD compilation available on the Dark Horizons website.

This is already the second STandART track on a Dark Horizons compilation, as “Corrosion” appeared on the CD “Mortal Decay” in 2007.

STandART, along with “Mano Juodoji Sesuo” (Lithuania), will be the support act for the Swedish band “Covenant” on September 30 at Nabaklab, Riga.

Due to equipment crash, ‘Portraits and Landscapes’ will be released with a few weeks delay (most likely – October).  The album will be released in the digital format (at least, initially).
